服務很差,首先,車子好像10年沒有洗過,車廂破舊,安全帶都是發霉的,地下都很污穢不堪!到達的第一天,林姓司機沒有用接機牌到大堂接機我已經算了,他只在停車場車裡面等候,ok我也沒所謂,我到達入境台灣哪層不就是"抵達"層嗎?司機在同一層等我不就是可以嗎?經過很多次電話交涉,我一行十個人連同數名兩歲五歲小孩走來走去轉左轉右都找不到他,他沒有開着車,只在車子裡面一味說看不到我什麼,我說已經到了一號航廈17號出口,他說他攪不清楚一二號航廈(不是嘛?!),我已經先後叫我身邊的台灣人司機跟林姓司機直接通話,告訴他我正確位置,攪了差不多一個小時,後來發現他在下一層(離港)的17號停車位置等候,一早知道該層的17號不見我,哪為什麼不早一點說叫我走到另外一層?(不要給我估計錯他根本是遲到,故意拖延我的時間罷了?!)我第一次來台灣我很熟悉機場的位置嗎?他完全是被動狀態,連下車找我都不會!我對他印象超差! 好了,到達烏來一天遊,事前我不知道什麼台車呀,雲仙樂園老街溫泉就是同一個地方來,司機只放下我們,叫我們玩罷全部景點就聯絡他來接我們,離開烏來的時候我們有遲到,他之後送我們去饒河夜市,約好了的時間回飯店他自己也遲到15分鐘,ok一人一次很公平!我算! 一定不會再找Dingtaxi包車,真是給這名糟糕司機給了我最差的印象!我之前在台中包車服務很好,司機很健談還會介紹很多吃店給我們選擇,我這次10個人訂的是一部21座位的中型van,費用要一萬, 我一行十個人自問是要求不高的斯文人,否則帶着小孩和行李,在機場來來回回攪了一個多小時才看到司機我已經一早破口大破罵了!這次的服務根本是不值一萬!永遠沒下次,也會跟朋友說不會用你家!太差勁了!印象分是負分!

DingTAXI provided good service when i made reservation (van charter). However, the driver as recommended by DingTAXI by this name, 陳慶安 ( Chen Qing-An ) show poor manner as rated above. He is not a professional worker. My family trip is spoiled due to his bad manner. He showed angry expression to us and even scolded us! Here are the incidents where he acted unprofessional: 1. At Jiufen Just because we were late few minutes (we were late about 10minutes at Jiufen area 'coz we had to fight with the crowd to have lunch there as we were told). How did we know he was angry? 'Coz when my father tried to mingle with him, he did not respond at all. OMG. 2. When Explaining Incidents I think he can serve SMART person only, below than that standard is not his favorite. Why i said so? My father is partly deaf and as senior citizen, it is impossible to memories on what he shared about the information. For example, he was explaining the famous biscuit in Taichung is "Tai Yang Ping". So, when we reached another place which sold Taiwan famous tidbits like Mochi, Pineapple Tart, my father was just assuming the tidbits fell in the same category as "Tai Yang Ping", he was excited explaining to the driver that we bought lot of the tidbits by mentioned "Tai Yang Ping"...Instead of politely corrected my father phrase, he was irritated and got annoyed by my father SIMPLE mistake (not even mistake for me), he was sarcasticly said in Mandarin and shouted "Wait a minute, do not simply said it is "Tai Yang Ping" 'coz it is not!". Sigh for me. And lot more similar incidents like above whereby it make us felt like we were DUMB, and felt like we were been underestimated. 3. Departed from Taipei Hotel to Airport We requested to depart from hotel to airport at 7.00am and he agreed about the time. Then this morning, he scolded us for being late when we gathered at the pick up point sharp at 7.00am. The above is just part of my complaint list, it is just too long to mention here. We felt like our money is not deserve invested into this charter service. One more to add here which i think it is important to highlight here, i did not see the communication between DingTAXI and him is clear. Why did i say so? 'Coz when i paid the balance of the payment to him, he was like shocked and asked what is the money all about? He received the money without giving my receipt. I hope this payment will not cause me trouble as i do not wish i been blame for not paying OR my credit card is double charge.

司机全程都非常耐心，除了开车还热心介绍一些台湾文化，景点历史，带我们买最好吃的凤梨酥，非常开心。Dingtaxi也非常热心，下订单后还建议了更合理的行程，下次来台湾还会从dingtaxi订车~~非常好的一次体验~

During our arrival, the bus was late and we are quite lost of where to locate the driver. During our whole bus journey with driver Mr Lin, the bus was smelly with cigarette smell. The driver was not knowledgeable enough to guide on our itinerary. What worse was he met with an accident and scared us. It was kind of Mr Ronnie to lent us a local handphone for easy communication. Probably should get more experience driver as the driver was very dependable on the GPS. The driver never alert us when arriving soon at the next location so that we can be prepared. Probably should get more experience driver with better knowledge to guide the visitors.

Driver was waiting in the bus instead of meeting us at arrival hall..we have to call him to find out where to meet him. It would be better if instructions were given to where to meet the driver.

the driver did't care about the safety,like to answer call while driving and ask me to gave him 200NTD..what the heck..if the driver is have manner and good with the passages I don't mind to give him the 200NTD..
